Ace Towing & Crane

I suggest AVOIDING the towing company Anchor Towing, also known as Ace Towing. They recently damaged my car and are refusing to pay for repairs. I hired them to tow my car that wouldn't start, and in the process, the truck driver carelessly dragged my front bumper on the ground while loading AND while unloading the car. I saw the whole thing and heard the noise as it was dragged. I reported it to the driver and the company's office immediately, and they are denying the entire thing. Stay away.

The tow truck driver arrived sooner than the guy on the phone estimated and he was very friendly. He seemed to take great care with my car and we arrived at my garage of choice with no problem at all. I would call these guys again if I needed to.
