I cannot say enough good things about this florist! I was looking for a florist in Vancouver to deliver a floral arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. I found this florist online, and was thoroughly impressed by the designs that I saw on their very helpful website, especially the Japanese designs. They were absolutely beautiful! I went ahead and ordered, and it turned out to be even better than expected! The owner was very helpful. I will highly recommend this wonderful florist to anyone!

The florist shop botched our son's valentine order and we complained to the owner. To their credit, the boss lady gave us one dozen free roses for the mistake which was extremely nice when we only requested a few roses that were missing from our order. Thank you for doing it right to turn a negative into a positive customer experience. Great job, too bad some others do not learn such values. Best of luck, and I've even ordered flowers for my 25 year married wife.

Suzane from Granville Island Florist was just amazing. From the very first time I met her, she was incredibly thorough. She asked me so many detailed questions such as the theme, venue, my colors, my dress, shoes, hairstyle... This proved to me that she looks at the big picture and not just the flowers. My trust in her grew tremendously. She also gave me a referral for someone who didn't work out and because of that she went above and beyond her role as a florist to ensure I have a replacement for this vendor. She was super kind and a genuinely nice person to work with. My Mom has never been a fan of flowers but she absolutely loved these flowers so much so that she has still kept the bare wish tree having removed all the perished blossoms. Suzane you were truly one of the best vendors I had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you.

This place is excellent on handling orders, I try to order some Peonies for someone special For her birthday. They tried to get them in and told me straight up that they werent good, So offer me an alternative flower Garden Roses in the colour i have ask for. They have exceeded my expectations more then i can ask for, I called late night to see if i can get a rush delivery first thing in the morning and it was successful! not to mention as well that i am from Calgary, And they are located in BC

She will give you some suggestions if you are unsure of what you would like, and her prices are reasonable compared to other shops. I have purchased corsages and bouttonieres at her shop, and she has a good selection of flowers and ribbon.

Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. I told her what I needed and 10 minutes later I had it; perfect!! I was so impressed I had her make me another arrangement I had not planned on. Fast, talented, courteous!

A Plus Florist (Tom) made a timely delivery of a bouquet of beautiful flowers to my wife. I was originally disappointed with an order miscommunication, as the image on the FTD website is very misleading. I contacted A Plus directly and they promptly and generously solved the issue. A real "stand-up" business and excellent flower arrangements!
I would recommend them again, but definitely call them direct and avoid the online "wire service" FTD.

The girls at la Belle Fleur flower shop are the best! Tracy and her fantastic girls go that extra mile for every customer! Friendly and Courteous, smiles and beautiful flowers from all over the world adorn this shop. they will take your order as a walk in , over the phone, from there website. need them for a wedding, graduation, or in my case a memorial service. trust me in saying that "these girls are the best"!!!!!! the flowers i receive from them usually last 2 weeks, Thanks La Belle Fleur!!

Rossie did the flowers for our wedding which was AMAZING! We went to her with an idea in mind but no examples of it at all. I told her our vision of bringing both my husband and I into the arrangement and what we dreamed of. We didn't see the arrangements until the wedding day which she exceeded expectations! The flowers were done better than we had imagined and shined our love through them!
I would recommend Pirin flowers to anyone whom like their arrangements to be better than perfect!
