I've been doing business with this pharmacy for so many years (25+) I can't remember when we started. It's too bad and unfair that the pharmacy is getting bad reviews because of (CANADA POST).
The pharmacist (Kathleen) is the most dedicated and professional and helpful pharmacist that I know.

The very best Pharmacy in the area. The staff are excellent, very friendly, very professional and always helpful. The manager is an exceptional gentleman, helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
You may find a Pharmacy closer, you may find a pharmacy cheaper but you will not find a Pharmacy better

Go above & beyond to care for my pharmacy needs. Phenomenal friendly, knowledgeable in store & delivery staff. Keeps store, products & services up to date, yet you still get the 1936 quality of interactions. If it's been awhile since I'm in store, & rather than a person the world has me feeling like an anonymous number again, I go in Gibson's & am surprisingly reminded again how nice it feels to be seen as real known person. The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . I would highly recommend going to this Shopper’s Drug Mart location . I love they now have a grocery section . it’s very fresh produce & bakery goods.

i think this store is one of the well kept store in the hamilton area,and I Have been in everyone of them the staffing is the problem in all of your stores most time there is know one in the front of the store i am sure you do have al lot of theft.i do have to wonder what happen to customer service.

This is the best pharmacy I have been to. The pharmacist is very knowledgable and caring. I am so happy we made the switch from a larger chain pharmacy where we were just a number. The pharmacist working today was the most amazing man! I can not be grateful enough for his kindness. After being released from the hospital today we went to get my daughters antibiotics we went to 5 different drug stores all saying they didn’t have it due to the amount of time it takes to make/mix together! So thank you for taking the 30-45 out of your day to make the antibiotics my 1.5yr old needs!!!!
