This past February I brought my 7 year old chihuahua in for a check up and vaccines. I was very happy with the level of care we received, from explaining each vaccine and why they're needed, to tick prevention options and dental care. Vada is getting older and it's important to us to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep her healthy and safe. I would recommend this clinic.

Dr. Guest is awesome. She was critical in helping save our 1 year old Flat Coat Retriever. identifying his ailment as an allergic reaction to food and recommending a diet that was instantly effective. Cant thank her enough

Very grateful for Dr Cole and team! Helpful and kind. Obvious they genuinely care about their furry friends. We brought our golden pup to him for puppy checks and his complicated neuter. Very pleased to have a vet we can trust and will continue using for our dogs future needs. Grateful!

We are not patients at Cavan but our vet was away so had to bring our dog here after another dog attacked us. After waiting untreated at Kawartha Veterinary Emergency Clinic for over six hours, we left and went to Cavan. Upon arrival, we were taken in promptly, our dog was treated and we were sent home with care instructions. The compassion and professionalism shown by Dr. Kalish was second to none. I'm so thankful he treated Linc's injuries as an emergency! Would highly recommend!

I brought my dog , Simba, and the lady at the front was sweet, she prescribed some food to us, that helped my dog a lot, because he was not eating for a week until now.

Everyone here loves seeing the pets. You can tell that they really care about pets. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have been coming here with the pets we had before these. Dr. Hughes helped us through several surgeries, serious illnesses and when we had to say goodbye they were so empathic and helped us to know we were doing the right thing. We would never go anywhere else. With COVID-19 they have been doing curbside - keeping everyone safe - so I cannot go in but my dogs pull to go in!

Our wee yorkie "T.J." started a terrible cough and was having trouble breathing.. Unfortunately our family vet was in surgery and not available on this particular day?. We called 4 other veterinary clinics in the area and all of them said "sorry, no appts available" we couldn't believe that even being an extreme emergency (difficulty breathing) we were being turned away! When we called Durham vet clinic they welcomed us with open arms and was being assessed and treated a couple hours later!❤️

I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

I truly recommend this Hospital. For 10 years I have been going to this Hospital with my Schnauzer dog (my buddy) and Dr. Bhullar is very caring and knowledgeable. He listens to your concern and gives the options and solution to my dog problems. The staff is extremely nice and polite as well. The price is affordable and Dr. Bullar also tells you exactly what you are paying for. I had two emergencies with my dog and the Hospital always found one spot for me to come on the same day... The best!

Dr. Ghazi is an excellent, experienced veterinarian: 1) explains everything in detail, 2) suggests methods to avoid numerous issues, 3) discusses all options for treatment, 4) spends ample time with each pet, 5) approaches issues from both the research and his own experience.
As for the negative posts, note that none of them have actually used his services.

Went there because they were the only vet that would take the appointment, unfortunately my pet had to be put down (this was the best decision for my pet). All the staff was absolutely amazing! I really loved everyone there, they were all just so nice and considerate. Even though I was there for something I didn’t want to be there for, all the staff there made it a bit better. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants good care for their pets.

Unbelievable care! We waited for over an hour outside in the heat but this clinic followed Covid rules to the letter and provided compassionate, informed care beyond our wildest dreams. Communication was incredible. The vet, Dr. Kuk, answered all questions, did not rush us despite how busy she was. This clinic called next day to see how our pet was faring with the prescribed medications and diet guidelines as she was bleeding from her rectum when we admitted her. Amazing.

I am so pleased, thrilled, amazed, happy and any other positive word you can use to describe this animal clinic. Where I am from our vet was very hands on and knew everyones pet by name. You get that here.
I had just moved here and my little Moolah was having stomach issues. My husband and I researched vets in Toronto and we decided to give West Hill a try. We were not disappointed. Not only did they take VERY good care of Moolah but called and checked up on her. In my book that is way above typical standards. Not to many will do that anymore.
Just recently Moolah was having stomach issues again and was also showing visible signs of an infection. We went to the Emergency Hospital and they faxed the results over to West Hill. I got a call the next day from her vet Dr. Thompson asking how Moolah was and explained that she had Pyometra and in such a way we understood the risk and what exactly it was. Over a 3 day period it got worse and we had to do surgery.
Dr. Wood did an amazing job on her surgery. She had the proceedure done yesterday and today she is laying here on the bed with her baby heavily guarded. (Like her 2.5lb body is going to really protect it from me).
The staff is caring and amazing all around and I could not have found a better vet anywhere. We LOVE this place and are very happy to have them as our vet. They remind me of the vets we had at home.

Not sure why there are negative reviews, I own 4 dogs and have been to many different vets, Dr. Sam is by far the most courteous, thorough and fairly-priced vet. I’ve never been up-sold on any products or procedures my pets did not need. He also seems to have an excellent team of nurses that helps with any process during your visit. I can definitely recommend this vet office to anyone with a puppy or dog.

Recently we took our little Daisy to this clinic. It was after midnight, Daisy was not eating or drinking. The vet was really good with our Daisy, and when we couldn't save her, they were kind to us during the process of letting her go. We were never rushed at all. This clinic is super clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything you did for our sweet Daisy.
